These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of software, services, prototypes, documentation, and related materials (“Services”) provided by Autonomic AI, LLC (“Autonomic AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope and Intended Use

The Services are intended solely for:

• enterprise evaluation

• research

• architectural prototyping

• pilot or proof-of-concept deployments

The Services are not offered for consumer or personal use.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Autonomic AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for internal business or research purposes.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services, except as permitted by law

• use the Services to develop competing products

• sublicense, resell, or distribute the Services without written authorization

• use the Services for unlawful or harmful activities

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, models, architectures, documentation, and related intellectual property, are owned by Autonomic AI or its licensors.

Except where expressly stated, no ownership rights are transferred.

Certain components may be subject to patent protection or patent-pending status.

5. Data and Customer Content

The Services do not require submission of customer production data through this website.

Any data processed as part of a pilot, integration, or enterprise engagement will be governed by separate written agreements between the parties.

6. Confidentiality

Information disclosed by Autonomic AI that is marked or reasonably understood as confidential must be protected and used solely for the permitted purposes under these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autonomic AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Services.

9. Termination

Autonomic AI may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if these Terms are violated or if continued access poses security, legal, or operational risk.

Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of your state, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
